Contact and Reservations
Please feel free to contact me if, for example, you have questions about therapy, booking an appointment, talks, teaching, or a potential collaboration.
You do not need to know in advance exactly what you would like to ask about, or whether a therapeutic process with me would feel meaningful. Some people contact me with something quite specific, while others are primarily curious about the possibilities, the framework, or the connection.
If you would like to book an appointment, you can view current availability directly in the booking system.
Free initial consultation
You are welcome to book a free, no-obligation initial consultation of up to 15 minutes.
The consultation usually takes place online via Whereby and is not a therapy session. Rather, it can be a brief opportunity for us to meet and speak a little, instead of forming an impression solely on the basis of written information.
We can begin with the questions, concerns, or wishes that feel relevant to you. There is no particular way you need to approach the conversation, and it does not have to lead to a decision.
The conversation can give both of us a little more information and a broader basis for considering whether a potential therapeutic process and the next steps make sense.
If you would like to read more about the purpose and framework of this conversation, you can do so under Therapy and Approach.

Confidentiality and Response Time
I aim to respond to enquiries within 2–5 business days.
Email is my preferred method of contact for general, non-urgent inquiries. Please feel free to briefly describe the nature of your inquiry, but please avoid including detailed, sensitive, or highly personal information in your first message.
The phone is primarily used for practical questions relating to bookings or a possible therapeutic process. I do not have set telephone hours, so I am not always able to answer calls. You are welcome to leave your name and phone number, but please do not leave sensitive information on voicemail.
For the sake of confidentiality and data security, I recommend that sensitive or personal information not be sent via text message, voicemail, or social media. If it becomes necessary to exchange sensitive information in writing, we can agree together on a suitable channel.
You can read more about how I process and protect personal information in my privacy policy.
If you need emergency assistance
My practice is not an emergency service, and phone calls and emails are not monitored on an ongoing basis.
In an emergency or a life-threatening situation, call 112.
If you need urgent psychiatric support in the Capital Region of Denmark, you can contact the Emergency Hotline at 1813 or a psychiatric emergency department.
